Company:  Is an Australian owned fintech business that have developed point of sale tools that are easily used by commercial equipment vendors to quote, approve, document and fund commercial customers.  Their recent success has underwritten recent expansion overseas.
 
Opportunity: Off the back of some very successful vendor finance programs, they are looking to appoint some highly focused originators to work the IT / Technology, Telephone and solar markets to identify new vendor programs. Uncapped commission potential.
 
Role:   With the senior leadership being hands on in originating and developing programs, the business has realigned the leadership roles so they can focus on the direction of the business and building scaleable BD teams.  This will be one of the first new BD hires , with a specific focus on IT / Technology, Telephony and solar markets.
They have some good representation in the space, but time needs to be invested to extend and develop new vendor finance programs.
With account managers looking after the development of exisiting programs, this role 100% focused on originating new vendor finance relationships.
Once you understand the product offering and strengths this platform can offer to vendors, this role will be identifying pain points with exisiting finance partnerships and promoting this new automated solution.
With the business being 100% commercial equipment finance, supported by their specialist focus in Vendor Finance and offering all the technology expected by vendors, this role will be originating new vendor partnerships for customer originations.
 
Requirements:   We will be looking for candidates who can best demonstrate the following skills and experience:
  1. Strong new business origination skills in a B2B market
  2. Previous sales exposure to IT / Technology / Telephony / Solar / other dealer or reseller markets
  3. Understanding about how finance can assist vendors to improve sales revenue
