Your new company
Our client is locally based and services significant market share in Australia with an expanding global presence. Forever innovating and improving their product and service within the consumer lending space, they are continuing to grow and expand and in turn are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join their team and help facilitate this growth.

Your new role
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining broker relations. You will increase revenue by identifying new business opportunities specific to the broker network, building long lasting and lucrative relationships and in turn securing those partnerships for the business. The role will focus on the sales strategy of the business, as well as business development, client management and will be responsible for a junior sales person.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you must have proven sales experience as a Business Development Consultant within the finance industry. Your knowledge of consumer lending, as well as your knowledge and existing contact base within the brokerage network will see you thrive. You will be able to map out new partnerships, maintain strong relationships, and be a contributing member of the senior management team.
