An ambitious Cloud SaaS business providing on-demand Employee Spend Management Services globally are growing their Melbourne Sales Team and have created a Regional Sales Executive position. They require a passionate and sales-driven person with experience in hunting new business and nurturing relationships to cross sell solutions throughout their assigned territory. 
 
As the Regional Sales Executive, you will demonstrate a high-performing and motivated sales-mindset and a relentless commitment to win new business. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding the Company's annual revenue and booking quota for your assigned territory; prospecting and developing profitable business relationships and converting leads into sales. Your efforts will play a pivotal role in positioning this business as the leading supplier of Financial Management Software in the region.
 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Develop strategies to generate cost effective sales leads, negotiate and close new business 
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue numbers for assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain effective business, sales and marketing plans 
  • Understand the clients needs and present solution
  • Execute the Close of the Deal while striving to exceed sales KPIs 

To be considered for this opportunity will need:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience selling ERP or Financial Solutions Software 
  • BA in a Business or Technical related area of study
  • Successful experience in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of software direct and re-seller channels 
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate complex contracts 
  • Professional and confident demeanour with excellent communication skills
  • Strong Stakeholder Management and influencing skills
  • Highly motivated to achieve big while maintaining high professional integrity
