About the opportunity:
Based at our North Geelong dealership you will lead, manage and mentor a sales team of 4 sales consultants. You will also be identifying new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with top tier customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet individual and team sales profitability targets
- Collaborate with Marketing to drive sales opportunities and enhance our presence in the market
- Attend field days and product launches
Skills & Experience
- Experience in leading, inspiring or managing a sales team
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment and farming practices
- Proven ability to build rapport and exceed sales targets
- Computer literacy and ability to work autonomously
