Main responsibilities for this role include:
- Developing new business within our target market
- Following up on open quotes to improve conversion rates
- Identifying and participating in tender opportunities
- Opening and closing new opportunities, working closely with the General Manager and Sales Director
- Weekly and monthly reporting
You will possess:
- Business development & account management experience (essential)
- Strata / commercial Industry or similar work experience and contacts
- Good communication and writing skills
- The ability to work autonomously
- A flexible and can-do attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
We are looking for a candidate who can develop new contacts within the strata and commercial management industry in the Sydney area.

Package includes base salary + super + fuel & tolls + phone + commission over a 2 - 3 day; negotiable week
