Style State is one of Australia's leading online fashion wholesalers with a reputable and long established heritage of over 28 years, our label embodies a fashion forward, feminine and sophisticated sense of style ranging from day to night pieces to statement party dresses.

Style State is now seeking a Social Media Marketing Co-ordinator and E-commerce Manager to create highly refined content imagery to showcase our garments and grow our online following!

The position is available for full time only, located at our showroom office in Surry Hills, the heart of the fashion wholesale industry and only a 3 minute walk from central station. We also offer generous incentives, wardrobe allowance and weekly bonuses.

Role Requirements:

• Managing the company's online website on Magento platform by consistently updating stock and overall design
• Inputting new products on E-commerce website and maintaining inventory
• Managing the company's Instagram, Facebook and other social media accounts
• Ensuring that social media platforms are updated daily using creative content creation to keep our customers engaged and grow our following
• Using photography skills to create refined imagery with a suitable aesthetic that aligns with the brand's story and vision
• Developing innovative weekly EDMs 
• Planning, sourcing and creating seasonal campaigns, look books and street style photoshoots
• Editing imagery from all photoshoots for catalogue for promotional purposes
• Strategic planning through trend analysis and implementing new ideas to help expand marketing operations
• Meeting set deadlines for tasks and online sales targets

You should possess the following traits:

• Effectively promoting Style State products through online marketing/advertising to increase sales
• Strong Graphic skills and refined eye for detail with an understanding of the creative process and concepts of photography, retouching, finishing, presentation and print production
• Knowledgable of all social media platforms and how to utilise them to reach company goals and sales targets
• Sound written and oral communication skills 
• Being disciplined, able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Capable of assessing and managing budgets, working within the company's means and ensuring profitability of projects and campaigns
• Ability to adapt with the fast paced environment of fashion and ever changing trends in marketing
•  Excellent time management skills, must be reliable and efficient, ability to prioritise and multitask in order to meet deadlines

Experience/Skills Required:

• At least 2 years experience in a marketing role, preferably in the fashion field
• Graduated with a degree in marketing and/or a design course
• Highly skilled in the use of Adobe Suite programs, particularly Photoshop and InDesign
• Photography experience necessary, even if only smart phone based
