  • Salary from $82,599 per annum (Band 6), plus superannuation
  • Temporary Full Time (Part Time may be considered) to February 2019
  • Fortnightly RDO available

As a result of an internal promotion we have an opportunity for a temporary Learning & Development Advisor in the People & Culture team.  This position will support and contribute to the development and implementation of organisational learning and development initiatives. Calling on strong communication and project delivery skills, this position will provide L&D focused customer service along with the delivery of the following projects across the organisation:

  • Equal Employment Opportunity refresher training
  • Digital & technology learning programs
  • Designing and overseeing L&D programs as a part of our corporate calendar
  • Corporate induction programs

 

What you’ll bring to our team

  • Experience in providing a high level of customer service at an organisataional wide level
  • Curious about contemporary L&D methodologies  and an interest in bringing them into our organisation
  • Ability to develop and project manage learning and development initiatives in accordance with best practice adult learning methodologies
  • Skills in managing and evaluating learning programs and actively promoting them to all staff
  • A desire to work with learning management systems, including the collection of learning and development data and reports on learning and development

 

To join our team you will have

  • Practical experience in designing, developing and implementing learning programs and how to embed those in the organisation
  • Experience in group facilitation
  • Excellent communication skills, relationship management skills and a customer focused work ethic
  • Previous experience with Corporate Learning Management Systems would be well regarded
  • Tertiary qualifications in learning and development, organisational development and/or adult education would be well regarded
