The Team
Our Technology team in the Sydney office has seen tremendous revenue success, being our top-earning team in the office with one of the best commission schemes in the country, you can look to rake in fat bonuses on top of your own commissions. This is a warm desk, of which, 50% are contracting revenue.
The Role
Reporting to the Director of Technology in the Sydney office, this role would be looking to working together in building the team in Applications Development and Digital, focussing on roles including Digital Development, C#, .NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Dynamics, SharePoint and DBA ranging from Engineer to Management levels.
To be a successful candidate for this role, you’ll need:
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in a 360 or BD-focused recruitment agency role
- Strong track record in recruitment preferably within Digital development or Technology stacks
- Possess a passion for the technology sector and the drive to work in a competitive, sales-based environment
- Have the ambition to lead and develop a team of people to success
