TLC Diverse People Solutions is a Western Australia owned recruitment company. We specialise in the provision of highly trained and technical trades personnel servicing mining and heavy industrial industries throughout Australia.

Due to sustained growth we are currently seeking a highly experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. The ideal applicant will provide recruitment resourcing support to our busy Recruitment Team.

The core function of your role is to work closely with our Senior Recruiters and Account Managers to source, manage and onboard personnel for job placements across our WA operations.

Responsibilities in this role include though are not limited to:

  • Manage application workflow
  • Application phone screening
  • Database & candidate management
  • Reference checking
  • Administrative support
  • Booking medicals, training and inductions
  • Assisting with mobilisation activities
  • Working towards set KPIs
  • Providing an exceptional level of customer service

To be considered for this role you must have demonstrable experience in the following:

  • Fast paced work environment, high volume activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office programs
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
