Are you an experienced HR Professional looking to join a global ASX listed blue chip organisation and take the next step in your career?

As part of the Global HR Shared Services team, this newly created role will fundamental to achieving consistency of practices across the Asia Pacific region.  You will be responsible for combining data, systems and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure all transactional HR advice and outcomes are aligned with organisational objectives and global requirements.  Based at our North Ryde office, this role reports directly to the Vice President, Global HR Shared Services, based in the USA.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the development, delivery and evaluation of HR information and processes to improve business results
  • Overseeing the implementation of standardised annual processes including performance reviews, salary reviews, incentive payments and the bi annual engagement survey
  • Driving the development of the employee facing HR support function
  • Supporting the implementation of technology to ensure data integrity and information is available to the business
  • Generating regional HR data, reports and dashboards to support decision making
  • Collaborating with HR Centres of Excellence and the regional Director of Human Resources to ensure the delivery of global programs and initiatives

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in an HR related discipline
  • Experience in HR Operations preferably within an HR Shared Services environment
  • Some experience in working in a regional context and an understanding of Asian cultures would be an advantage
  • Strong exposure to HR Information Systems.  Some knowledge of Workday would be desirable
  • Proven experience in driving HR processes and improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a love of the power of data
  • Well-developed relationship building and consultative skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to organise and plan effectively to deliver quality and timely results
