HR Generalist required for an education provider in Western Sydney - Immediate start
Your new company
This organisation is based near the Western Sydney CBD, with superb facilities close to public transport. A forward thinking working environment with a small HR department. The team are going through change and are looking for someone with a forward thinking attitude.
Your new role
You will be working in a small HR team, managing the following areas:
· Recruitment processes
· Contracts
· Onboarding
· L&D coordination
You will be expected to have experience in HR, working in a range of functions. You will need to be used to working with high volumes and tight deadlines. You will have strong communication skills, be a competent administrator, and be proficient in systems processing in a complex regulatory environment. Knowledge of Independent schools MEA would be beneficial.
