Coaching and advising State and National line managers, you will be responsible for driving organisational and cultural change. Your ability to build strong and supporting relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders will ensure best practice across the national business with all HR disciplines.
The ideal candidate will:
- Ensure key stakeholders are compliant with the business values and all HR/ER policies and procedures
- An ability to coach business unit leaders including State Managers across IR/ER/WHS&E, and Recruitment matters
- Ensure all States are recruiting and attracting top talent into the business
- Building organisational capabilities through a people focused strategy
- Be proficient and confident dealing with unions and IR matters
- Delivering change initiatives and supporting different stakeholders across the business
- Experienced in performance management and coaching for high performance
- Wanting to make a significant contribution to the success of the business
We are looking for an outstanding Senior HR Advisor, who will provide input, and be a key member of the HR team. Reporting directly into the National HR Manager, you will have the autonomy to make decisions and own this role.
A strategic and results orientated professional, you will be agile enough to respond to changing priorities. You must be confident, resourceful and have the ability to influence. Relevant qualifications in HR at tertiary or post graduate level
