About the role:
We are setting up a brand new call centre and need a Learning & Development Trainer.
In this role you will deliver client induction training to new employees and ongoing client training to existing employees in line with company training standards.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- experience and an understanding of the Contact Centre environment is desirable
- a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or proven experience in the workplace in this area is essential
- knowledge in developing & maintaining training materials that meet client, company and industry standards
- a demonstrated proven history of achievements and taking accountability for results
- effective facilitation skills incorporating adult learning, to ensure learning objectives are achieved and team members are fully equipped to be successful in roles
