Main responsibilities:
- Coordinating all recruitment activity for assigned business, including posting of requisitions, interview scheduling, candidate communication, travel coordination, note storage and offer letter generation
- Project and system administration, data input and reporting
- Tracking of candidates through recruitment process
- Sourcing, research, data and CV
You will have the following skills:
- Experience working on a recruitment/HR Team
- Excellent office application skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail with demonstrable ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Awareness of dealing with confidential information in a discreet and professional manner
- Excellent communication skills
