About Them
This multi-site organisation is a major supplier of equipment to a wide variety of markets across Australia and has a great opportunity for a Remuneration Leader to work with the team to drive and implement a culture of performance and reward. 

About the Role
Reporting to the Executive General Manager, HR and as a member of the HR leadership team, you will work closely with executives, leaders and HR to build a consistent remuneration framework and philosophy to drive a performance based culture and an engaged workforce.  Your activities will include:
  • Reviewing, developing and implementing the remuneration strategy ensuring frameworks are aligned across the various geographic locations, job families and seniority levels
  • Attending remuneration committee meetings with the Board and other executive leaders
  • Developing and communicating the variable pay programs and facilitating the payment of incentives
  • Reviewing and creating HR policies and procedures in relation to remuneration & benefits
  • Conducting job evaluations to support recommendations
  • Gathering and reporting on data and providing insights.
  • Providing advice and expertise to HR, the business and specified business projects in relation to remuneration frameworks and policies
  • Establishing and maintain a competitive employee benefits program that supports and reinforces the EVP
  • Reviewing and redeveloping the organisation’s formal employee recognition program
  • Leading, coaching, developing a small team of analysts
About You
Tertiary qualified, you are experienced in leading a remuneration function with the proven capacity to operate both strategically and operationally with expertise in all aspects of the function.  You have outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills with a track record of building relationships across multi-site, fast moving, commercially driven environments.
