This Government agency provides important services across Queensland and are going through a transofrmation initiative. They have recently invested in a program of works to integrate some of the government departments and help to better utilise available data.
As the SQL Database developer you will be tasked with utilising your experience and being able to extract data as required, take requirements from users and build quality and useful reports for the organisation.Network Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the network operations centre and staff. This includes the provision of pro-active network and ancillary services support, network management and network security, as well as maitaining network availability and performance across the state.
Responsibilities:
•Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft SQL Server 2016 including SSIS
•Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft SQL Database Management
•The development of a data warehouse solution that will deliver a business intelligence tool to increase visibility of valid information and provide data telemetry and forecasting capacity into the future
•A viable reporting solution that allows the division to accurately report on fit-for-purpose data from a single source of truth in a reduced timeframe
•The implementation of near real-time data replication from source systems (Oracle and SQL Server) into the data warehouse solution
•The development of an appropriate ETL data model which can be handed over to the business for ongoing support and maintenance
