We're looking for a Test Automation Principal Consultant to join our growing team in Brisbane.

Specific skills and experience we're looking for:

• Highly developed software engineering, Agile, DevOps and CI / CD skills
• Significant, dedicated test automation across multiple business and technology domains
• Designed & implemented test automation strategies and hybrid frameworks
• A business outcome focused approach to problem solving
• Test Automation in Unit, API, Web, UI and mobile
• Multiple tools expertise, both commercial and open source
• A solid understanding of TDD and BDD
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Effective leadership of teams including training, coaching and mentoring

Desirable skills

• Mobile automation with tools like Appium, SeeTest, Perfecto
• API and service layer automation
• Agile and BDD/TDD experience with tools like Cucumber, Serenity, Specflow, Gherkin
• Automation of AngularJS with Protractor
• Exposure to CI tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity
• DevOps tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, TerraForm, Docker, Kubernetes, Octopus Deploy
• Cloud experience, in particular AWS and Azure

What you'll be doing:

• Be an advocate for AccessHQ and help us bring Human Quality to life
• Deliver Test Automation solutions to our clients, primarily within the Brisbane metropolitan area
• Build relationships with our clients ensuring they are happy, satisfied and think of AccessHQ as their trusted quality assurance and testing partner
• Work collaboratively with other Principal Consultants and Account Managers to build business and provide a quality service
• Contribute to business goals, generate new ideas and methods, improve processes and services
• Own your career, continuously learning and keeping abreast of industry trends
