Solutions Director - Salesforce - Sydney CBD
The Role: Our client is an already successful Salesforce practice and they’re still growing. I’m looking for an experienced Director to help drive this growth. Providing a full set of consulting and implementation services to ensure our client can support their customers with the latest solutions on the Salesforce Platform
Location: Sydney CBD
Duties: As a Director you will need to provide expert solutions based on the Salesforce platform to address the customers’ business needs. You will
- Influence decision makers through clear consultative communication
- Be accountable for deliverables on agreed pieces of work
- Coach and mentor less senior team members and work closely with other directors
- Engage in the Pre and Post sales process
- Search for business opportunities with new and existing clients
- Be a subject matter expert on all things Salesforce
- Provide clear expectations within the team on expectations
Skills and Qualifications: You will have a great passion and belief in Salesforce. You’ll enjoy finding solutions to challenging and complex business problems and have the ability to manage stakeholders from all levels. You will:
- Hold multiple Salesforce certifications
- Have 2+ years minimum in a senior leadership position
- Have a minimum background in Salesforce of 5+ years
- Have expert knowledge of Salesforce from a technical and functional perspective
- Be comfortable engaging in the Sales process
- Be an experienced people manager and coach
