The Role
The Senior Service Desk Analyst’s role is to provide technical support to our Managed Service and Project clients and work closely with Systems Engineers. The role will cover a wide variety of hardware and software with a key focus on Microsoft, Citrix, VMWare and Cloud technologies (365/Azure).
Technically you will ideally have;
- Full Microsoft Stack
- Strong Citrix experience
- Windows Server
- Exchange
- Active Directory
- Office 365 Support, Administration and Migration
- VMWare
- Competent with AD & GP
- Excellent Troubleshooting Skills
- Understanding of SOE & Change Control processes
- 2 years+ experience in Service Desk position (providing phone, Break Fix, remote & physical support)
- Microsoft certification would be desirable
