Ongoing growth now has us looking for a Level 2 Support Engineer. In this role you will primarily work on escalated tickets and help with our monitoring systems. You will have access to the best tools available to support the needs of our clients.
Do you bring:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Service Desk/Support role for a Managed Services Provider?
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Windows and Server products, Office 365, phone systems, workstation installation and application support?
- Knowledge of ticketing systems and remote management tools?
- A keen interest to learn?
- An excellent communication style?
