Leedall requires the services of an astute and creative AV Engineer / Programmer who has a broad knowledge and interest in audio visual and technology integration.  Industry or related experience within the Commercial / Corporate / Higher Education field will be highly valued but is not essential.

This technically broad position will include:

• Teaming with Business Development Managers to interpret client requirements and design technical solutions
• Team with installation technicians to ensure solutions are commissioned to design specifications and quality standards are maintained
• Equipment and GUI Programming - Crestron, Extron, AMX, SVSi, BiAMP, Nion, Polycom, Cisco VC, TriplePlay / Exterity
• A growing focus on software solution integration so an understanding of HTML, C #, Python will be valued
• A demonstrable understanding of basic IP Networking
• Collaborating with suppliers technical staff to develop solutions
• Prepare pre & post installation documentation inc. schematics, networking requirements, GUI layouts and end user documentation
• Provide end user support services as required
• Control and maintain technical documentation for projects
• Liaison with Project Co-ordinator and other internal stakeholders, clients and contractors ensuring they are aware of the projects technical requirements
• Ability to accurately estimate the labour and material costs of systems design, programming and commissioning
• Perform on-site commissioning as required
• Represent the company with the necessary level of professionalism
