Client

Global, well-known brand is after an SAED Manager to support regional project teams in delivery of site acquisition outcomes and establish a quality and acceptance framework for compliance with client base

Accountabilities

• Provide leadership and expertise to regional delivery teams, work with regional and national managers to ensure quality and deliverables are being met as required by the customer and provide expertise on escalations for complex or exceptional sites.
• Ensure high quality supplier outcomes by managing training, support and intervention as required.
• Engage with customer SME, delivery teams and management to align customer requirements with supplier processes and outcomes. Participate in client delivery and subject matter meetings and provide expert advice and guidance.
• Work closely with RF planning, Construction and TI teams to ensure a quality end to end deliverable balancing challenges across all disciplines. Engagement with internal legal, logistics, financial and project operations teams.
• Support regional and national management with scheduling and progress updates.
• Oversee SAED use of customer, service supplier’s tools for reporting, finance and documentation ensuring processes and procedures are met in a timely manner.
• Ensure project documentation is up to date and captured correctly to meet customer requirements. Review changes to customer guidelines and provide instruction to regional teams for management of changes.

Competencies

To be considered, the hiring manager is looking for an SAED Manager with the following skills and experience

• Relevant Degree
• Property acquisition background preferred
• End to end understanding of SAED process
• Min 10 years’ experience with around 7 years in Telecom
• Customer's business goal, expectation and time target understanding
• Knowledge of local policies and regulation pertaining to permits and approvals
• Experience in implementing local rollout process and final site acquisition process as well as permit requirements, detailed scope of work, responsibilities and interfaces - Acquisition of pertinent documents as required by local government

• Efficient management of site acquisition process and parties
• Excellent communication skills
• Result oriented with focus on customer requirement
• Decision making ability
• Problem Solving skills
