About the business and the role
We are a rapidly growing, industry leader in the phone/tablet market. We are predominately an online business, with a strong focus on our I.T systems and business procedures. We are seeking an energetic and flexible individual to help us manage day-to-day operations; perform quality control tests and reply to customer enquiries.

The ideal candidate would have an interest in technology/phones, have a strong eye for detail and be looking to work 3 days a week (~20 hours). Preferable availability for Mondays, Wednesdays And Thursdays.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Carry out testing on the mobile devices we receive each day and identify a range of software or hardware faults (mostly common sense)
- Assess the physical condition of devices and report to us accordingly
- Access and edit data using our user-friendly cloud based software system
- Work diligently and autonomously to perform quality assessments
- Customer service: Respond to email requests from customers
(Email, phone, face-to-face)
Skills, Experience & Attitude
Candidates must be comfortable with data entry and have an eye for detail. Customer service experience is preferred but not essential.

- Experience working with mobile devices or similar electronics
- Experience in customer service relationships
