Above-market remuneration for quality candidates that have:

• Excellent English verbal communication and written skills that are suitable for customer facing roles.
• Experience with Apple devices, installation and software deployment on OSX operating systems.
• Minimum 3 years experience in general IT support roles such as break-fix, onsite/deskside, remote support or helpdesk for Mac and PC devices.
• Previous experience within a Corporate-based environment and experience with queue-based ticket management systems.
• The ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow and comply with strict onsite processes and instructions. Able to raise and make changes to existing instructions.
• Results driven, attention to detail and fast learner.
• Technical skill and experience includes but not limited to:
  • Mac OSX, Windows 7-10 and related common compatible applications.
  • Mac and PC staging, SOE builds, SCCM deployment.
  • Basic software install and uninstall.
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory, add/change user permissions
  • Printer setup such as adding & configuring print queues, update static IP address and test printing.

Other desirable attributes:

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Information System related
