Ignite is currently seeking a Service Delivery manager for their client in Canberra for an initial 6 month contract.

About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Service Delivery Manager to join our client's fast-paced DevOps team in Canberra. This will be a key role in helping grow our DevOps team locally, and there is great opportunity for career development. The role includes the responsibility to transform the business, including leveraging domain expertise, assets and infrastructure to mobilise projects to deliver to budget, timeline and quality outcomes including contributing to the stability of production systems.

Most importantly about you

SDM with ERP application support experience

1. Experienced service delivery manager with 10plus years of experience
2. Have experience in working with Fedral Government
3. Expertise in managing SAP / Peoplesoft engagements/ Agile delivery
4. Experience and certification in ITSM
5. Experience in managing team of 15-20 team members
6. Candidate should have valid NV2 security clearance
