The Company:

Experts in large scale development and construction, the client is a growing property development consultancy, based in Sydney’s CBD. They are looking for an office all-rounder, with accounts experience to join their collaborative team.

The company has a supportive culture that specialises in providing creative property development solutions for their clients and stakeholders.

About the role:

Our client is especially keen to hear from candidates that are confident communicators, have a background assisting with accounts and are excited to take control of the administration duties in their Sydney office.  

What you’ll do:
  • Utilise your experience in administration to provide all round support to the Sydney office
  • Use your natural, confident communication style to liaise with the National team and various stakeholders
  • Apply your creative flair to implementing streamlined admin systems and procedures
  • Bring your knowledge of account systems to assist with bookkeeping duties
  • Coordinate the smooth running of the office by being the first point of contact
  • Employ your high level of responsibility by taking ownership of all ad hoc administrative duties
What you’ll bring:
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite skills
  • Exposure and experience using accounting systems
  • 3+ years administrative experience, in the engineering or construction space
  • Strong proactivity, energy and presence
  • A solid understanding of the running of an office
