Who are we?  Ariya Health is located in Townsville and is an established business that prides itself on meeting their customer's expectations. An experienced Customer Service Officer is needed to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key performance indicators will include strict adherence to order accuracy, back order management, excellent client management skills, the ability to work proficiently and rapidly.  You will be capable of taking on the responsibility of being the first point of contact for any issues that may arise within this dynamic environment. You will be required to ensure that all processes are agreed, implemented and documented all the while making sure to actively seek continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be able to develop relationships with clientele to ensure service levels are maintained and account particulars are understood.  As the environment is in a shared space, good interpersonal skills are required to maintain a harmonious environment. Solid experience  is required in environments where you have coordinated the efficient flow of client queries and stock through a warehouse. Candidates must be proficient in general computer use, email, MS Excel and ideally hold a current forklift licence. Fishbowl experience is also desirable.

Position requirements will require all successful candidates to undertake a criminal history check pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing. 

Duties will include but are not limited to:

·         Manage incoming and outgoing calls

·         Assist with warehouse (if required) pick stock, process and dispatch orders

·         Manage back orders and client queries

·         Implementation of an improved customer management procedures

·         Conduct routine client audits and maintain effective client pricing inventory

·         Assist management with stock shortage forecasts

The successful candidate will need to have shown interest in understanding "ARIYA HEALTHS" company direction and clientele. Please indicate your genuine interest by appropriately addressing the criteria in a cover letter.

·         Pass a police check

·         Be physically fit and able to lift stock frequently

·         Have excellent communication and team management skills to get the job done efficiently
