Join PwC's Diversity and Inclusion team where the strategy is supported by four grassroots employee networks, collectively known as Inclusion@. This exciting opportunity will give you the chance to utilise your administration, relationship building and organisation skills, to get involved in one of the key strategic priorities for our firm.
 
The Opportunity
At PwC, we help Australian businesses, not-for-profits and governments create value and improve the way they work. From improving healthcare, to creating smarter cities and igniting Australia's start up industry, you'll build trust in society and solve important problems.
 
Working with the leaders and committees for our four employee networks (Ability, Be, GLEE, Symmetry) you will assist them with:
  • Supporting leaders with national network meetings
  • Coordinating events across the national networks to ensure inter-office alignment and best practice sharing
  • Coordinating communications for diversity related, days of significance, for each of the four networks
  • Supporting delivery of benchmarking and reporting
  • Liaising with the Diversity and Inclusion central team to assist the networks to drive the new Diversity and Inclusion strategy
  • Streamlining network processes and communications
This is an entry level role which may provide the successful applicant with a better understanding of the businesses within PwC and its clients, to assist them to identify future possible job opportunities.

You will:
  • Be passionate about Diversity and Inclusion, previous experience not essential
  • Be collaborative and have an intent to develop trusted relationships across the firm
  • Be tech savvy, with basic skills in MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel and social media capability
  • Be proactive, willing to raise ideas and comfortable working autonomously with support and guidance
  • Be positive and energetic, able to juggle competing priorities
  • Have an Australian working visa where relevant
