Our Company:
Mondottica is a well established national Optical Wholesaler located in Chatswood, NSW.
We are looking for a Customer Service superstar who thrives from working in a busy environment and has a good sense of humour.
The position is a mixture of administration, Customer Service and sales related activities. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. As part of a small team you will be the first point of contact for our inbound customer calls/ enquiries - your responsibilities will include:
- Processing Customer orders
- Invoicing
- Answering a high volume of phone calls
- Reception duties
- Assisting with Customer enquiries
- Receiving Customer feedback
- Date entry
- Delegating leads
- Ad hoc office duties
Key attributes required to be successful in this position
- Customer Service focus
- Order entry experience and Computer skills
- Team player and willing to work in all aspects of the business
- Positive open-minded attitude to learning
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Excellent English - bother written and spoken (essential)
- A friendly confident phone manner
- Proven ability to work autonomously and proactively
- Experience in customer service/ warehouse operations a plus, but not essential.
