Our client is a boutique business specialising in agriculture chemicals used in the crop protection industry. Due to significant growth, they are now seeking an International Operations Assistant to join their tight-knit team. This is your chance to bring your determination and exceptional administrative support skills to a successful and progressive company. In this role your responsibilities will include (but won’t be limited to):
- Customer service support and relationship management
- Coordinating with international and domestic suppliers
- Managing and maintaining shipping documentation
- Coordinating and managing stakeholders
- General office maintenance
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:
- Ability to build strong, open and collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Superior organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- A passion for driving long term success in small-medium sized business
- Experience in international import/export
- Proficiency in software products (MS suite/accounting software products)
- Extremely keen attention to detail and ability to follow compliance and regulatory standards
Preferred additional skills (not essential);
- Experience with Xero accounting software
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
- Experience in agricultural chemicals
