Heart Support Australia is an organisation that has been runnning for 28 years, providing support ot people living with cardiac conditions.We have 15 branches around australia and are in the process of moving to a national member base business model. HSA is the only federally funded organisation that provides peer support to the 3.7 million people living with a cardiac condition. The postion is in our National Office no traveling is required
About the role
The administration officer will be responsible for the smooth running of a small but energetic office. All standard office tasks and duties will be required. This role is perm. partime and suited to adults whom would like to work school hours, no weekend work is required.

Skills and experience
Must have high level experience in Powerpoint, Word and Excel Spreadsheet design and implementation. You must have a high level of attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and juggle tasks as requried. You will be required to liase with branch executives, members and consumers from around australia so very good communication and phone skills are a must. You must be able to work unsupervised and possess the ability to work to deadlines as needed. Applications will not be accepted without references.
