Great Opportunity for an Executive Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and professional Personal Assistant to provide a high level of secretarial and administrative support to members of this busy team. You will be supporting the EA who supports the MD.

Providing a full range of timely confidential administrative and executive support and related services to the CEO and other members of the Executive team as necessary including diary management, organising meetings, workshops and seminars, coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements, preparing high quality documents, reports, letters and related materials to support day to day activities

  • Assisting with office Management
  • Assisting with organisation of company events
  • Assisting other members of the Executive team or Senior Management team when required


    This position requires someone who:
  • Demonstrates ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and multi-task with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Pays high attention to detail
  • Ensures confidential information is kept amongst the Executive team
  • Demonstrates ability to organise yourself as well as others
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills and ability to exercise sound judgement
  • Demonstrates ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information
  • Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Is both a team player as well as work autonomously

    The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Demonstrated experience providing high-level secretarial and clerical/administrative support
  • Experience in undertaking office administration duties such as word processing, Excel, electronic record keeping and financial systems etc.
  • Proven experience undertaking less complex research tasks and preparing minutes, reports and correspondence
    Coordinated execution of campaigns, public relations, marketing trade shows and events, outbound calls, media advertisements, field promotions and consumer communication
  • Organising sales events
  • Experience contributing to corporate activities, including provision of administrative and technical support to supervisors and other senior staff
  • Experience liaising with and building productive working relationships with senior offices, executive assistants, clients and staff
