About the Role

The ideal candidate will preferably have previous customer service/installation experience in the manufacturing or building industry. This role's primary responsibility is being responsible for the scheduling of all installations whilst providing installation teams with support to ensure their compliance with Company policies and procedures. 

  • Co-ordinates all door installations with customers and internal stakeholders working effectively to ensure scheduling issues are minimised
  • Prepare and provide installation paperwork, including delivery notes and purchase orders
  • Entering of all sales leads via the CRM program
  • Support the Accounts Receivable function
  • Receive stock relating to all main door deliveries
  • General office administration duties.

About You

We are looking for an energetic, passionate, installation/sales orientated individual who has the drive and commitment to become part of our team. To be considered for this role, you need:

  • High energy and ability to prioritise and work well under pressure 
  • Clear decision making skills
  • Previous experience in an installation and customer service role
  • Strong administrative skills including intermediate Microsoft Office skills essential
  • Experience using ERP system (preferable)
  • "Can-Do" customer focused attitude
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Well-developed negotiation and problem solving skills
