We are seeking an enthusiastic full time staff member to join our busy Study Progress team at our Sydney CBD campus.
The main responsibilities will include:

Monitoring and processing Student’s suspensions
-
Assisting the Study Progress team to monitor and follow up course progress of Vocational students
-
Administration of student records in the College's student management system and on PRISMS
The successful applicant must possess the following:
-
Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills (or have completed IELTS to the level of 7.5 or equivalent in all academic modules)

A Bachelor's Degree in Australia or a Diploma or higher qualification (APC graduates will receive higher preference).

Excellent attention to detail
-
Outstanding level of customer service skills including a positive attitude and ability to relate to a diverse range of people
-
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be exceptional communicator with a passion for learning and the ability to listen and enthusiastically interact with students, staff and visitors

Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
-
Ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts
-
Excellent computer skills (Email, internet, word processing, spreadsheets etc.)
-
The ability to multi task and work effectively under pressure
-
A track record of taking responsibility for own actions and showing initiative
Experience working with international students would be an advantage. Previous experience in a similar position will be highly regarded.
Remuneration in accordance with the Education Services (Post- Secondary Education) Award 2010, up to Level 4.1 ($48,082.02 + super) depending on experience and qualifications.
