On behalf of a Client, a leading business with multiple retail sites in Ballarat, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to work closely with the Managing Director and support the administration team.
This is a diverse and exciting role - with duties ranging from:
- Completing a broad range of administrative tasks
- Some diary and meeting management
- Compiling data and creating easy to read and understand reports
- Efficient and accurate data entry
- Liaising with other staff members and key stakeholders to the business
- Reception relief including answering and directing phone calls and accurate message taking
- Other duties, as required

To be successful, you must possess:
- Previous experience in a Reception/Administration role
- A mature approach – ensuring confidentiality, privacy and trustworthiness is always maintained
- High level administrative support abilities
- Valid driver's licence
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills
- High organisation and efficiency
- Ability to multitask and prioritise with work that has competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
