The Company
Dindas Australia is a national wholesale distributor of timber and related products with offices in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.
We are currently looking for a HR & OHS Admin Officer to join our Clayton South team in Victoria.
The Role
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Provide admin support to the National HR Manager across all HR & OHS matters
- HR - recruitment activities, preparation of contracts, letters, position descriptions, inductions, research, filing, and much more
- OHS - recording of incident reports, drive and record OHS meetings, follow up action items, arrange staff training, liaise with and assist State Managers to remain compliant to OHS systems and procedures and more!
The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this role candidates will tick these boxes:
- Previous experience in an admin role 5+ years
- Exposure to HR & OHS legislation essential
- Diploma / Degree in Business Admin or other relevant stream
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Exceptional communication skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Strong literacy in both English and basic Mathematics
