The Administration Officer will work closely with our existing team and will be totally immersed in the administration function in the VIC, Mulgrave office, taking responsibility for the following key functions;
- Ensuring administrative activities, data preparation, processing, analysis, storage and reporting activities are implemented, efficient and responsive;
- Providing high level support to team members with all administration requirements
- Providing quality customer service including reception and document control where required and ensuring follow up action are taken by designated personnel
- Creating and receipting Purchase Orders
- Assist in weekly client invoicing, contractor payments and supplier accruals to ensure timely and accurate project reporting and data processing
- Assist with docket entry in ResourceCo Material Management System
- Ensure efficient resolution of client, supplier and contractor queries
- Continuously improving the systems and processes, to improve efficiency and meet the increasing demands generated by growth in our business

- Be confident working with numbers and reconciling data
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
