The Role

Your primary responsibility is to apply your corporate reception skills and experience to best provide administrative and reception support to the MJH Group entities working from our Hunter Office located in Thornton.

 

The Person

The successful applicant will possess;

  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to effectively liaise directly with staff, clients and external stakeholders;
  • Minimum five years’ experience as a Corporate Receptionist and or PA;
  • Have the ability to proactively anticipate the needs of the Senior Management team working within the office;
  • An exceptional phone manner with the ability to professionally answer calls, deal with queries and redirect calls as required;
  • Well-developed computer skills with a medium to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • The ability to meet deadlines with outstanding attention to detail;
  • A high standard of presentation and grooming with a well-spoken, friendly and helpful customer focus;
  • Ability to work autonomously and also within a team environment.

In addition, you must have strong organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle numerous projects and problem solve effectively and efficiently.
