About the Opportunity
You will be the go-to person for one of our important CCIQ services – as our Regional Migration Services Coordinator you will service businesses located in regional Queensland to enhance their workplace by permanently sponsoring highly skilled foreign workers under the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme – Direct entry, visa subclass 187 in occupations where there are established skill shortages.
This part-time role will be responsible for the assessment activities of the CCIQ Regional Certifying Body (RCB) on a part time basis in the Rockhampton region.
Reporting directly to the Manager International Trade you will be responsible for the Regional Certifying Body assessments ensuring a systemised approach and all activity is compliant with required criteria.
Working closely with the team of Regional Migration Services Co-ordinators across Queensland you will use your on-the-job training provided by CCIQ and your local industry knowledge to make informed decisions and achieve role expectations.

About the candidate
You have experience in a client-facing role delivering quality customer service and are accustomed to working in an environment where your accuracy, research and administration skills underpin the success of your role.
You’ll use your exceptional attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate and assess applications, liaising daily with sponsors, Migration Agents and the Department of Home Affairs to meet customer needs.

- You are savvy with digital platforms and have real experience as the first point of contact for client enquiries

- You can solve problems which arise by using your own initiative and resourcefulness before asking for help.
A background in a regulatory related environment and experience with Salesforce would be an advantage.
