The Company
This modern accounting practice is based in the CBD. They have a supportive and positive work environment, which will provide a lot of exposure across all facets of the business. 
 
The Opportunity
This firm are seeking an experienced receptionist/administrator, who has at least 2 years' experience working in an accounting firm. The ideal candidate will be interested in the industry, and somebody who is eager to learn as much as possible. This is a busy role, so you must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. 

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering phones
  • Liaising with clients in regards to any general queires
  • Preparation, co-ordination and processing of ASIC Company Statements including invoicing and minutes
  • Processing of all ASIC lodgements, including company registrations, shares transfers, shareholders, company address and name updates, de-registrations, minutes and share certificates
  • ATO Lodgements
  • Client correspondence
  • Scanning, emailing, filing
  • General office support duties

About You
  • Must have at least 2 years' experience in administration within an accounting practice
  • Experience using ASIC is highly regarded
  • Have experience using MYOB, ASIC & ATO portals
  • Be familiar with ASIC forms and requirements **
  • Have exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude"
  • Have excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Strong administration skills
