Patricia Holdings is a niche but respected business servicing legal, accounting and financial professionals Australia wide. Located in Neutral Bay, we have been in business for over 50 years making us one of Australia's leading company registration, trust deed and SMSF providers.
The Role
In this varied role, you will be required (with full training provided) to:
- Register companies and prepare company registers
- Prepare trust deeds
- Prepare various secretarial documents
- Process lodgements with ASIC and the ATO
- Participate in projects related to business improvement on an ad hoc basis
- Deal with customer queries online, via email and on the phone
- Raise invoices in MYOB
- Process basic duty stamping with Revenue NSW & Victorian SRO
The Applicant
So if you:
- Are an all-rounder with the ability to multi task
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have an excellent memory and the ability to retain a lot of information
- Are organised with a keen eye for detail
- Are friendly with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
- Have at least intermediate computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Have previous experience working in small business (not essential but highly regarded)
- Have experience using MYOB (not essential but favourable)
