Customer Relations Officer

We are seeking to strengthen and diversify our team with the addition of a Customer Relations Officer. If you are interested in becoming part of a collaborative team where ideas are shared to achieve the best results, this may be for you.
The Customer Relation Officer takes care of the on boarding and support of new participants. This includes interpretation and implementation of NDIS plans and completion of service agreements based on assessment of individual goals. The CRO manages service bookings through the Portal and links the participant with stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes. This role comes with the satisfaction of following through with participants and those supporting them as they navigate NDIS processes and benefit from the services by learning new skills and fulfilling goals.
Please consider this role if you are able to meet the following criteria
- Qualifications and experience in Disability and Mental Health Services
- Experience in managing the delivery of customer support plans within a disability framework
- Efficient and detail minded with confident and quick technical skills
- Passion and commitment to follow through and attain the best results
- A sense of humour and team spirit
- Clear National Police check issued within the last 12 months
- Current Blue Card and Yellow Card
- Valid Australian drivers licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- The right to work in Australia
