The Opportunity
We provide tailored assistance with ‘every day’ life, helping our clients to live as independently as possible. Our clients come from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and require your support. This could involve showering, dressing, cooking, household cleaning, grocery shopping, socialising, escorts to medical appointments and transportation needs. For experienced and qualified carers, opportunities are often available providing complex care to clients with physical and intellectual disabilities.
Home Care Worker casual and permanent positions are available in the Western NSW area including but not limited to: Condobolin, Cowra, Dubbo, Forbes, Grenfell, Lake Cargelligo, Parkes, Young.
About you:

- Proven ability building positive relationships and a genuine, empathetic style.
- Respect health and safety guidelines and policies.
- Good decision making skills
- A sensible approach and sensitivity when dealing with clients.
- Experience with personal care as well as domestic works
- Open to background check clearances.
- Hold a current unrestricted driver’s license, access to an insured car.
- Able to perform all the physical requirements of the job.
