Your new company
My client , a forward thinking RTO is looking to engage a coordinator/ team leader for their hospitality course. CBD Based
Your new role
You will lead, manage, coordinate and supervise the courses and business activities of the Hospitality program(s). This role will encompass course planning, course design and development, course delivery, selection of educational resources, assessment and course evaluation.
On a day to day basis you will
- Ensure Hospitality program operations are conducted in accordance with compliance requirements
- Monitor student activities and ensure they are provided with support for satisfactory course progress
- Ensure the development of programs is upheld in a team environment to foster a culture that embraces continuous improvement and best practice
- Ensure satisfactory Hospitality program operations with external stakeholders by monitoring activity and providing ongoing support and assistance
- Monitor Hospitality department staff activity and provide them with ongoing support and assistance to ensure efficient and effective performance
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have experience of working within the RTO sector . You will also have experience of the hospitality sector.
Experience as a Lead trainer, junior coordinator or course coordinator is essential
