This organisation are in need for a change manger to execute change management and communication plans for a project to migrate all CRM's throughout the business to one CRM.

Change impact assessments.
Business readiness assessment.
Change effectiveness assessment.
Alignment of change and process.
Workshop and presentation facilitation.

Skills & Experience

Change Manager with 4+ years experience.
Previous experience within financial advice essential.
CRM change experience desirable.
