A global digital brand is currently seeking an experience Senior Analytics Manager to play a crucial role in developing data driven product strategies by providing analytical insights and recommendations & identify new product improvement initiatives.
Reporting to the Director of Products, you will be given a large amount of autonomy and have a crucial part to play on how data assets can be used to build new products as well as improve the performance of existing products using advanced analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse complex data assets for business decision making to support development of products for both existing and new customers.
- Identify key performance trends and segments, drawing out key messages to drive change
- Deliver the commercial results and recommendations to leadership stakeholders across the business
- Work alongside product delivery teams to interpret data, analyse and build a capability across teams on data management.
- Analyse product and revenue performance on a range of KPI’s
- Coach and upskill a team of product owners and data specialists for effective management of data assets.
Key Skills
- Strong product oriented advanced analytics/data science experience in a commercial environment.
- Strong SQL and R skills to analyse large sets of data.
- Able to gather insight and present it upwards to leadership stakeholders
- Excellent communication & people management skills
- Tertiary qualifications in a quantitative discipline like mathematics, statistics, engineering, operation research etc.
