About the Role

In your role as a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for the management of a small team within the store. You will be required to process and merchandise stock for sales maximisation and visual display. Your duties include but are not limited to sales and service, merchandising and display, stock management and store administration. You will also be required to uphold the maintenance of the store to comply with Work Place Health & Safety policies and procedures, whilst adhering to TK Maxx Standards.

This is a full-time position based at our new Brisbane store.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage a small team within the store
  • Merchandising and display
  • Stock management
  • Assist in store administration

Skills/Experience

  • Previous retail fashion experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable
  • Sales and results-driven with proven experience in meeting KPIs
  • Experience in a high volume retail environment
  • Experience in managing a small team
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
