About the role:

• Develop, Coach and Train brand/sales consultants to exceed sales targets and increase market share
• Engage with key internal stakeholders to drive the best possible strategy and solutions for our customers
• Develop strategic and tactical business plans to raise the profile of the business 
• Build and enhance business relationships with key customers and industry partners
• Proactively seeking out new profitable opportunities
• Analyse and monitor performance sales metrics
• Deliver and execute reports as per the business requirements
• Support Sales & Operations Manager

About You:

• Proven Stakeholder Management Skills with sound commercial acumen.
• Training, developing and managing high performing teams
• Sales Management Experience, driving a sales team to achieve and exceed targets
• Innovative and Creative Approach to business
• Highly flexible, focused and organised approach to account management that delivers results
• Consistent professionalism, and sound judgement & decision making ability
• Self motivated and able to work independently
• Travel Retail Experience preferred
