Your Tasks & Responsibilities:
This is a role that will give you the opportunity to be hands on across all aspects of the 4 P's. Working closely with the MTData CEO and senior stakeholders throughout Telstra, you will lead the marketing strategy development and execution for our business and seek to inspire our customers with solutions that will empower them in a connected world.
- Own the marketing and communication strategy, including:
- Develop of yearly and quarterly strategic marketing and communication plans
- Develop of clear value propositions and key messaging and driving alignment throughout the business
- Formulate insight-led customer segmentation strategy
- Manage virtual teams and agencies to build awareness of the portfolio
- Ensure best practice, integrated execution across all channels and segments:
- Marketing events
- eDM campaigns
- Brochures
- Case Studies
- Digital
- Social
- PR
- Conduct competitive intelligence and be across market research to understand competitor activity and customer / market trends
- Excite and empower sales channels to effectively share solutions with customers through, ensuring sales teams are equipped to meet targets through:
- Sales enablement training programs
- Marketing collateral
- Lead GTM planning and execution for new launches
Your Skills & Experience:
- Marketing degree qualified, with 5+ years marketing experience and recent experience marketing technical solutions and/or products.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence all leves of internal and external stakeholders with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Creative and innovative, with a high level of personal drive, a curious mind and a flexible "team player" approach
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
