The Company

Having opened the fund to all Australians last year they are looking for an innovative and strategic Senior Product Professional to help them build products, propositions and services that position them for continued success.
The Role
As the Superannuation industry continues to change and be effected by new regulations our client is looking for a highly experienced Head of Product and Services to take the lead in designing highly engaging products and services to attract and retain members.
The Head of Product and Service will lead a team of 16 product management professionals and provide advice to the Board on the direction of the Product Suite across Superannuation, Investments and Insurance to deliver their goal of helping Australians live a better retirement.
Your role will see you take responsibility for:
- Work with the Chief of Member Experience to lead the development and design of the Product Strategy and Product Roadmap.
- Understand emerging industry and legislative changes and be able to offer advice on the impact to the product strategy.
- Identify opportunities for product development, enhancement and retirement with a focus on how to attract new members whilst maintaining the best experience to retain and reinvigorate the existing member base.
- End to end product management of the existing product portfolio
- Empower your team to have autonomy to develop and execute short and long term product strategies in alignment with your overall strategy for the business unit.
- Manage relationships with partners across the Member Experience team (Marketing and Digital) as well as the broader business to deliver the product roadmap.
- Instil a high performance and collaborative culture in the team.
- Ensure all product strategy aligns with the overall brand, making the lives of Australians better in retirement.
The Person
To be successful you will be an energetic, innovative and strategic leader with extensive experience in Superannuation Product Management.
You will have experience leading large teams and a proven ability to drive change in an organisation whilst gaining buy in from existing stakeholders across multiple business units.
